The problem was also solved for me.
The thing that's still bugging me is that the only way to communicate with support was through a twitter direct message. The support form on the website won't be any good, at least if you don't have a premium account... In my case, I did pay for a premium subscription but it didn't reflect in my account, so I wasn't eligible for premium support...
I really hope that support issues get fixed. Even when Component Creator is a great tool, you start losing confidence in giving them your money after you have the same issue twice...
