Form with Forum Style Responses

Hello!

I have a few questions about how to create a, what I'll call, a forum style response.

I'm trying to create an RFI Form (request for information), where on the initial form a question is asked. This is straight forward to figure out with the component creator, Great site by the way. But what I'm having a problem with is figuring out / understanding how to create the response section, and how its linked to the original form. Yes I'm a Noob!

Is there an exiting forum topic on this someone can point me to? Or can someone tell me how to do this....with some detail as to how particular fields would be configured?
