How to fix: "Warning: File xxx.zip not uploaded for security reasons!"

How to fix: "Warning: File xxx.zip not uploaded for security reasons!" werd gestart door John Marín
When i try to install my own component, i get this message: "Warning: File xxx.zip not uploaded for security reasons!".

Does somebody know why, and how can i fix this?

Well, in fact this happened when i upgraded Joomla from version 3.2.2 to 3.6.5
