In a custom component I would like to add custom actions for my component and its permissions screen. As it is, each time I upload a new version, I need to merge my additions into the access.xml file. So it would be nice if the component was compiled with those custom actions.
I realize that these added actions are usable only for those of us who edit the code (typically the model class) after installing from the generated installation file. But it would be nice to have those rules and their language strings in place so that I don't have to create or merge them in.
