List at Frontend for guests

Hi,

i don't know if this is a feature, bug or my misconfiguration.

I add a form to the front-end and allow guest to fill out this.
dev.rurgastro.de/index.php?option=com_jo...erberform&Itemid=130

But if anyone call dev.rurgastro.de/index.php?option=com_jobs, they can see all the data.

Is this right, or how can i change it?
