Form tocreate/update data entry to multiple tables

I am evaluating Component Creator and quite happy with the Free use subscription.

My requirement is getting complex and thinking to upgrade to Premium subscription, but wonder if Component Creator can meet the requirement below.

I need to create a Frontend User Management module that will allow user to register new Joomla user. As I am using other user profile extension for custom user fields which store those data in another tables. Basically, I need to form to be able to create new entry in default Joomla user table and use that new User-ID to create another entry on the custom fields table and user_usergroup_map table to map the user group.

Please advice if above requirement do able with Component Creator or using Import SQL.
