Help with Frontend needed

Hi All,

I'm new to Component Creator but not to Joomla. I've created several extensions in the past, but this is the first time using Component Creator, it's great but I need a little help if possible please?

I am trying to create a competition extension for my site. I have a 2 tables, one called 'com_competition_competitions' and one called 'q2pfg_competition_entry'

The '_competitions' table has details on the current/previous competitions - title, text, image etc...

The idea for the '_entry' table is a form for the frontend where the user can enter the competition, it has name, email, answer fields.

These are working great, but I can't work out how to get the form to show in the front end on the same page as the competition details.

Any ideas please or pointers as to where I'm going wrong?
