Problem with the frontend item view

I create a system in two langages.

In the view with the list of my items, I have the informations in both langage.
When I open an item all of the informations schown are the data base stored value and not the label element. So I have just the key value in both langage.

Is it normal that in a item we have not the label value in the frontend?
