J_CALENDAR field stores the wrong date was created by Christoph Aeschlimann
Hi
I do have a problem with the J_CALENDAR field. When I enter a date and store the record. One day will be substracted from the date.
Here a sample:
Datum1is entered as 19.02.2018
After saving the Datum1 is set to 2018-02-18
I do have the Problem in Front- and Backend and withy any dateformat I have tested now.
Any ideas?
Thanks Chrigu

Hi Christoph,
I just created a component with J_Calendar and for me it saves the date I select. Have you changed anything in the field configurations?
Best regards,
Jamila Cisse

The regular DATE from sql can not be formated as %d.%m.%Y.
The solution is to set the PHP and the Joomla timezone to UTC. This solves the problem. It is not perfect, because we are not in UTC timezone. But it is working for me now.
